COVID Policy
Operations at the lodge have changed to ensure the safety of our members and guests. We ask that you please familiarise yourself with our COVID Plan before submitting a booking request. Normal booking policies below apply in all other circumstances. Please contact the booking office if you have any further questions.
Booking Conditions​
Rates include bed, breakfast and dinner. For further information please contact the Ullr Ski Lodge Booking Office.

Minimum stay of two (2) nights.

All prices include GST.

All rates are on a twin share basis.

All requests for single occupancy attract a 40% surcharge.

50% payment is due and payable on receipt of invoice to confirm booking. Balance is due and payable 4 weeks prior to arrival date. All bookings are tentative until 50% payment received.

Children under 2 years stay at no charge.

All rooms have en-suite facilities.

Linen and towels are provided. It is the responsibility of Members and Guests at the conclusion of their stay to remove all linen and towels from the room and place in the designated area.

Meals are served at specific times as advised by the Lodge Managers.

Please advise at the time of booking of all allergies and special dietary requirements/requests. The Lodge Managers will do their best to accommodate and assist with allergies and special dietary requirements/requests. Should you have any specific concerns, please contact the Lodge Managers at least one week prior to commencement of booking with specific requirements in order to allow time to make the necessary arrangements.

Members are reminded that the Annual Subscription Fee must be paid prior to booking in order to access Members, Member’s First Guest and Member’s Child Rates.

Ullr Ski Lodge is a family friendly Club – not a Hotel. Lodge Managers are to be treated with respect at all times and have absolute discretion as to matters pertaining to health and safety and guest comfort.

The Lodge Managers, Staff Member and Guests including children must behave in an appropriate manner towards each other and take into consideration the impact of their behaviour on others.

Members and Guests accompanied by young children are reminded that facilities for children in the Lodges are limited. Parents are responsible for their own children at all times during their stay and are responsible to ensure that the behaviour of their children is acceptable and does not disturb other guests.

The common areas are for general and quiet enjoyment. Accordingly noisy or disruptive behaviour (including computer games etc) should be controlled.

There is no television in the Lodge.

Any Member and/or Guest (including children) whose conduct is found by the Club to be unacceptable may have their booking cancelled and/or refused future accommodation requests.

Bookings impacted by COVID-19 travel restrictions and/or Public Health Orders are 100% refundable upon request or alternatively, requests may be made for accommodation credits and/or transfers to other dates for use during 2021 or 2022 (subject to availability). PLEASE CONTACT THE BOOKING OFFICE FOR REFUND REQUESTS OR ACCOMMODATION CREDIT/TRANSFER REQUESTS.
