Cancellation Policy​

  1. Bookings are not transferrable without the approval of the Board.

  2. Bookings cancelled within six (6) weeks of arrival date attract $50 administration fee. The balance of payments made toward the booking are refundable;

  3. Bookings cancelled within less than six (6) weeks of arrival date are non-refundable, however in the event a cancelled room(s) are subsequently re-booked by another Member and/or Guest consideration will be given (at the Board’s discretion) to a partial refund with respect to the original booking.

  4. Bookings cancelled as a result of special circumstance(s) will be considered upon requests to the Board.

  5. Bookings impacted by COVID-19 travel restrictions and/or Public Health Orders are 100% refundable upon request or alternatively, requests may be made for accommodation credits and/or transfers to other dates for use during 2021 or 2022 (subject to availability). PLEASE CONTACT THE BOOKING OFFICE FOR REFUND REQUESTS OR ACCOMMODATION CREDIT/TRANSFER REQUESTS.
