• February 1 - School holiday bookings open (Members)

• February 12 - All dates booking open (Members)

• March 1 - All dates booking open (Members and General Public)

Bookings (Members) prior to March 1 will be processed via email and webform. Requests submitted prior to the official opening of bookings are not guaranteed to be filled or given higher priority. Direct booking via the website will return after the member's booking period.

Please be aware

• Winter 2021 rates have not yet been finalized

• Higher than normal patronage of the lodge this season is expected and as such, your first preference dates may not be available.

• Ullr may be subject and will strictly adhere to government health orders that affect lodge operations (such as number of occupants or services available). Should changes be required, this will be prioritized on a first in - last out basis.

• Ticketing was a significant hurdle for guests in 2020. Securing an Epic pass is the best way to ensure mountain access.

• A 50% deposit is payable immediately on bookings to secure your stay. Beds without deposit are available for resale to other guests.

• Preference may be given to well organized groups with firm numbers and prompt payment of deposit
